Then, on Sunday at 1:05 PM (12:05 PM CST), the Yankees will visit the Braves in North Port, Florida, as RHP Marcus Stroman (1-0, 0.00 ERA) gets the start (Gotham Sports, MLBN).
Rangers
Tonight at 7 PM (6 PM CST), the Rangers will host the Toronto Maple Leafs in an Original Six matchup at Madison Square Garden (MSGSN, NHLN). The Rangers will also host Nashville on Sunday night at 7 PM (6 PM CST) (MSG2).
The Rangers currently hold a two-game win streak and they have won five of their last seven games and three of their last four. Tonight’s game will kick off a four-game homestand that extends through Wednesday with games against Long Island and Washington.
Here are the current Eastern Conference Wild Card Standings:

The Rangers currently sit two points out of a playoff spot, and their schedule gets more challenging throughout March, featuring matchups against Washington, Ottawa, Columbus twice, Winnipeg, Edmonton, Toronto again, and a road trip to Los Angeles, Anaheim, and San Jose. The Rangers are currently missing Adam Fox (upper body) from their active roster. Also, K’Andre Miller (lower body) and JT Miller (illness) are game-time decisions to play tonight, but they both practiced today. Luckily, Chris Kreider (upper body) was a full participant in practice today and yesterday, per Mollie Walker, so hopefully he’ll play tonight.
Catch tonight’s game against Toronto at 7 PM (6 PM CST) on MSGSN and the NHL Network.
Knicks
Tonight at 8 PM (7 PM CST), the Knicks will visit the Grizzlies in Memphis (MSG). Both teams hold 38-20 records this season. The Knicks will also visit the Miami Heat on Sunday night at 6 PM (5 PM CST) (MSG).
There is a small chance Mitchell Robinson could return to the Knicks lineup tonight. It seems likely he could return by Sunday. In negative injury news, it was announced this morning that Ariel Hukporti tore his left meniscus in Wednesday’s game and will miss four to six weeks.
The Knicks beat Memphis 143-106 on January 17 behind 28 points from Mikal Bridges and 24 points from Karl-Anthony Towns.
